All of us, who work at APIF, are accountable to meet all customer requirements and improve customer satisfaction index. To perform in a professional and ethical way all Site Visits accepted by the Government and the Audits requested by our customers. In order to do this, we have to efficiently manage our Quality System and continuously look for improvements, supported by our Values and Ethical Principles.

We have done a major effort in order to determine our Mission, Vision and Quality Policy as well as our Quality Objectives, in order to perform all our activities.
